(Did she really do a "close examination of the financial books?" Can she understand financial records?) She and her husband had separate, income tax returns, not a joint return. She released to the public the first two pages of her separate, 2006 income tax return, which showed $6 million in income for that year (including nearly $570,000 in itemized deductions and more than $1.7 million paid in federal income taxes). In September 2019, she declaimed the Republican Party as "excluding people for the wrong reasons" and said it was no longer "the party that my husband and I belonged to." During the 2020 US presidential election, she praised Democratic presidential front-runner Joe Biden and his wife Jill Biden, saying that they were good friends to her and that "Joe has been a remarkable source of inspiration, kindness and just a shoulder throughout all of this." In June 2020, McCain stated that she would not endorse Donald Trump's re-election campaign. McCain spoke in a video segment shown at the August 2020 Democratic National Convention about the friendship between her late husband and Biden. On September 22, McCain gave her full endorsement to Biden's presidential candidacy. McCain's endorsement, and the bad relationship between Trump and her dead husband, has been given as one of a number of reasons why Biden was able to narrowly win the 2020 US presidential election in Arizona. Biden became the first Democratic presidential candidate since 1996, and only the second since 1948, to win in Arizona. In late November 2020 (soon after the election), the possible post of US ambassador to the UK (United Kingdom) was mentionedin connection to her. (However, Biden nominated Jane D. Hartley. We describe Hartley above.) In late May 2021, it was reported that President Biden would nominate McCain to be ambassador to the UN Agencies for Food and Agriculture. The UN job is much less prestigious than the UK job. The White House officially announced her nomination on June 23, 2021. She was sworn in as ambassador on November 5, 2021. 1. Introduction 2022mar8
      1. Part 1 Below are two, former, high officers of UoP: board chairman David L. Cohen and president Amy Gutmann. Biden nominated both for prestigious pseudo.ambassadorships. We did not notice, in this pseudo-ambassador list, two, high officers of any other university. Why UoP? We guess that this pair is related to UoP's diplomacy center, PBC (Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy & Global Engagement). UoP is in Philadelphia but PBC is in Washington. How can a UoP student attend PBC? Biden was never a student at UoP. He was neither a scholar who studied diplomacy nor a diplomat. Has scholarly research been done at PBC? What discoveries resulted from research done at UoP? Why did the university name a center after him? MIT has the Sloan School, not the MIT Sloan School.. UoP has the Annenberg School and the Wharton School. Why is "Penn" in "Penn Biden Center?" PBC opened in early 2018. Biden was then an ordinary citizen, not a government officer. We think that, in general in American universities, a center costs more than program but less than a school. Who paid for PBC? If more had been paid, would it have been Why is PBC for diplomacy and global engagement? Why isn't it for something else instead? Biden sees himself as a foreign policy expert.
      2. Part 2 source: 7 Feb 2022 article by Patrick Howley about UoP and Pfizer BioNTech in yournews.com UoP made Biden head of PBC. As far as we know, he had not previously run a university center or been a university executive. Biden is not qualified to be a professor. For example, as far as we know, he never wrote an article published in a peer-reviewed, scholarly journal. A race car driver is not necessarily qualified to be a professor of automotive engineering. What courses did he teach? He was never a real professor. We think that he was never the real head of PBC. Someone (Antony "Tony" Blinken?) ran it for him. UoP made him a "professor" of presidential practice. What is presidential practice? Who else is a professor of presidential practice? He had not previously been a scholar of presidential practice or of anything else. He had not been president. As "Presidential Practice Professor," Biden held joint appointments in the Annenberg School for Communication and the School of Arts and Sciences, with a "secondary affiliation" in the Wharton School. What is a "secondary affiliation"? Biden has a law degree, we think. UoP neither appointed Biden, nor gave hin a secondary affiliation, to its law school. Biden made more than $900,000 from UoP between 2017 and 2019 for very little work. Biden confirmed his leave of absence from the UoP in April 2019 when he began his presidential campaign. The liberal American Prospect wrote that: PBC basically was a foreign-policy think tank for Biden's inner circle. It gave UoP a foothold in Washington. (This paragraph is paladium's summary of yournews.com's quotation from American Prospect.) UoP professor, and vice provost of global initiatives, Ezekiel Jonathan "Zeke" Emanuel (brother of pseudo-ambassador Rahm Israel Emanuel), a key architect of Obamacare when he was in the Obama administration, publicly welcomed Biden to UoP. Antony "Tony" Blinken, who now is Biden's Secretary of State, was PBC's managing director. PBC's current leadership includes Obama administration alum Caroline Tess. Recent PBC officials Ariana Berengaut and Colin Kahl, who pushed pro-vaccine propaganda in the early period of the Wuhan virus pandemic, worked for either Joe Biden or for the Obama-Biden administration; and Kahl is now Biden’s Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. Michael Carpenter, the recent PBC managing director who pushes hawkish talking points against Russia, is now working as an ambassador in the Biden administration.
