Joseph Seymour, who was executive director of PANYNJ, has had a Glenmont (Albany county) address about a 1.09 mile drive from the Glenmont address of his replacement as PANYNJ executive director, Kenneth Ringler. Both of them have similar career backgrounds; for example, high executive of Department of Motor Vehicles, and high executive of Office of General Services. Was it intended from his first day on the job as PANYNJ executive director that he (like his predecessor, Seymour) would do it for only a few years? Is that why Ringler seems not to have moved to the Manhattan area?
