According to the Flordia state government's website, she is a licensed practical nurse with an active/clear license and no disciplinary record. It is extremely unlikely that she is both a registered nurse and a licensed practical nurse in the same state. Prosecuting her for her felonies would seem to be easy because, according to the newspaper article, there seems to be both a witness and a confession. On the other hand, the place is Florida and the victim is a prisoner. We guess that there won't be any prosecution.
