Denver is bcoming more important for intelligence work. Aurora's Buckley Air Force Base (near Denver, Colorado) houses ADF (Aerospace Data Facility), the major, U.S.-based, technical downlink for intelligence satellites operated by agencies such as the National Security Agency and the National Reconnaissance Office. The U.S. Northern Command (in Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado Springs) increasing does domestic intelligence work. The CIA will soon move a division to Denver, possibly Denver Federal Center, in Lakewood.
