Did someone tell him that the reviews had occirred? Did the executive board review natters which require expertise in accounting and tax law? Did the executive board notice seeming misspelling of the names of NYSCOPBA (should include "and"), Burgomaster (with a "g"), and Bryan (not "Vrian")? We don't know exactly what the executive board reviewed. We don't know who is on the executive board.
